How to convert JPG to PDF
Select JPEG images, arrange their order and choose the page size and margins. Convert and download one PDF containing one page per image.
When to convert JPG to PDF
You photographed receipts, forms or homework and need to submit them as one PDF.
A job or visa portal asks for a single PDF instead of several images.
You want to send a set of photos as one tidy file.
About JPG
JPG (also written JPEG) is the most widely supported image format in the world. It uses lossy compression tuned for photographs, which keeps files small while looking natural to the eye. It does not support transparency, and sharp edges such as text can show faint blocky artefacts at lower quality settings.
About PDF
PDF (Portable Document Format) was created by Adobe and is now an open ISO standard. A PDF page can mix vector text, drawings and embedded images, and it looks the same on every device, which is why it is used for invoices, contracts, forms, manuals and scanned documents. Many apps, chat services and image editors cannot show a PDF page directly, so a page often has to be saved as a picture first.
How it works
The page uses the open-source pdf-lib library to create a new PDF in your browser and adds each image as one page. JPG and PNG data is embedded directly without re-compression, so the quality in the PDF is identical to your original files. Everything happens in the current tab and your images are never uploaded.
Limitations
This page accepts JPEG files only. Auto uses the image dimensions plus margins; A4 fits the image proportionally into the chosen orientation. It does not use one pixel per PDF point and does not convert other source formats automatically. The original image data is embedded, so conversion does not restore lost detail. Up to 50 inputs, 100 MiB each and 200 MiB combined are allowed; available memory may require less. Text remains part of the image, without OCR.

Frequently asked questions
Is this JPG to PDF converter free?
Yes. It is free with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.
Are my images uploaded?
No. Conversion runs locally in your browser and your images are never sent to a server.
Can I combine several images into one PDF?
Yes. All the images you select are combined into one PDF, one image per page, in the order you selected them.
Why is the converted file bigger or smaller?
The PDF embeds the source image data and adds document structure and pages. Its size depends on the input images and page count; this tool has no image-compression quality control. Combining several pictures can therefore produce a large PDF.
